 The demand for high-quality craft beer in Japan has been growing steadily, and breweries are investing in advanced equipment to improve both efficiency and consistency. The client purchased a complete 2000L brewery equipment and 500 stainless steel kegs from our company.

At the heart of this project is the four-vessel brewhouse, which includes a mash tun, lauter tun, kettle, and whirlpool. The configuration enables true parallel brewing steps, where lautering, boiling, and whirlpooling can take place simultaneously. This not only shortens the overall brewing cycle but also improves brewhouse efficiency and throughput. The dedicated lauter tun ensures clearer wort with higher extract yield, while the separation of functions reduces energy consumption and mechanical stress on the system.
