The brewhouse is built around a 500L 2-vessel system (Mash/Lauter Tun + Kettle/Whirlpool) with steam heating, SUS304 pipelines, a heat exchanger, glycol cooling, and a CIP system. With a PLC control system, brewers can manage recipes precisely, ensuring repeatable results. This setup is ideal for craft breweries, brewpubs, and taprooms that demand both stable output and recipe development flexibility.

Choosing the Right Distillation Equipment for Different Spirits

Different spirits require specific equipment design to achieve authentic character and consistent quality.

Whiskey Distillation Equipment

Whiskey is typically distilled in traditional copper pot stills, which enhance flavor complexity by interacting with the spirit vapor. A simple pot still with a wide neck is often preferred to retain heavier congeners, creating a rich, full-bodied whiskey.

Gin Stills

Onion Head
Copper construction enlarges spirit contact area, removes volatile sulfides, and improves flavor through reactions with acids and fats.

Distillation Column
Equipped with bubble cap trays and sight glasses, the 4-plate column ensures precise congener separation for whisky and gin. A top dephlegmator enhances alcohol-water separation.
