In 2023, the brewery from Japan established a partnership with meto, and we tailored a turnkey solution for its 300L micro brewery.
This customized project fully integrates the essence of Japanese craft beer technology and the technological advantages of modern brewing equipment. The entire system includes a fully automatic saccharification system, an intelligent temperature controlled fermentation unit, a CIP in-situ cleaning system, and a complete set of supporting facilities that comply with Japanese food safety standards. Our engineering team has optimized the equipment layout and process flow specifically for the small-scale and multi category production characteristics of Japanese customers, enabling them to perfectly adapt to the experimental brewing and large-scale production needs of various specialty beers.
