What are the design solutions for building the perfect brewery?
Every batch wort production capacity is 5000L, brewing 4~10 batches within 24 hours, and the monthly output is 160KL~400KL, the PLC control system can automatically store a variety of brewing recipes. The valve adopts a pneumatic butterfly valve, one-click operation for intelligent brewing. The volume of the fermentation tank is 5KL & 10KL; the number: 12~30.
1. Brewhouse System
The brewhouse system combines high capacity, exceptional flexibility, and intelligent management, enabling rapid production scaling to meet growing market demands. For enhanced energy efficiency, it incorporates a secondary steam condensation recovery technology to capture and reuse thermal energy.
2. Fermentation System
The Phase I 发酵系统 includes 5-ton and 10-tonfermentation tanks, enabling an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons. A Phase Il expansion is planned, which will introduce 15-ton tanks to increase the total potential capacity to 5,000 tons at full operation. For enhanced operational efficiency, a dedicated process utility gallery is installed ahead of the tanks. This gallery integrates all necessary pipelines for wort transfer, beer supply, CIP (Cleaning-in-Place), com-pressed air, CO2, and waste drainage, streamlining both equipment handling and the overall brewing process.
3.Service water tank system
Includes a 20T ice water tank,20T pure water tank, and 20Thot water tank with matching pumps. Main functions: storing and regulating brewing water, ensuring water quality stability; providing constant-tempera-ture and constant-pressure water supply for the CIP system and brewing equipment, ensuring continuous and efficient brewing operations.
4.Refrigeration system
The cooling system consists of a 20T glycol tank, a 30P chiller, and supporting pipelines. It provides precise temperature control to stabilize wort cooling, fermentation, and cold storage, preserving flavor compounds, maintaining yeast vitality, and ensuring beer quality and production efficiency.
5.CIP System
The CIP system comprises 2-ton tanks for caustic, acid, sanitizer, and hot water, complete with all associated piping and dedicated CIP pumps. This specialized design ensures automated cleaning and sterilization, maintaining aseptic brewing conditions and improving quality and efficiency.
6.Brewery pipeline System
The brewery’s auxiliary piping system comprises dedicated lines for wort, beer transfer, yeast brink, CIP, compressed air, and CO2.
6.Control system
The control system, built around a Siemens PLC and an MCGS touch screen interface, enables full wireless connectivity via Wi-Fi for operation from mobile devices.
