With the rapid growth of the craft beer market, breweries are increasingly in need of larger capacity and more efficient brewing systems. This project features a 5000L brewery equipment setup that not only delivers high capacity and efficiency but also integrates automation, intelligent control, and multi-functional design for diverse production.

The brewhouse has a single-batch capacity of 5KL, allowing for 4–5 batches per day and an annual production of 9,000 tons. This system is designed to meet the demands of medium-to-large scale breweries and regional beer markets.

The main configuration of 5000L brewery equipment

1. Milling System

  • Dry milling technology with malt lifting system, dry crusher, and flexible conveying system.
  • Capacity: 3000kg of malt per hour.
  • Combined with a mash-water mixing system to increase yield and brewing efficiency.

2. Brewhouse System (5000L 4-Vessel)

  • Composition: Mash tun, Lauter tun, Kettle, Whirlpool.
  • Capacity: 5KL per batch, 4–5 batches per day.
  • Equipped with pneumatic spent grain system and advanced automation.
  • Advantages: High efficiency, flexible operation, and scalability for future expansion.

3. Fermentation System

  • Configuration: 5T, 10T, and 20T fermentation tanks and bright beer tanks.
  • Annual capacity: approx. 9,000 tons.
  • Front fermentation corridor layout with pipelines for wort, beer supply, CIP, compressed air, CO₂, and drainage.
  • Role: Precisely controls temperature and time, ensuring beer flavor, aroma, and body stability.

4. Service Water Tanks

  • Configuration: 20T glycol water tank, 20T pure water tank, 20T hot water tank, 20T brewing water tank with pumps.
  • Function: Ensures stable water supply for brewing and CIP with constant temperature and pressure.

5. Cooling System

  • Configuration: 20T glycol water tank, 30HP chiller, and pipelines.
  • Function: Accurate temperature control for wort cooling, fermentation, and cold storage, ensuring yeast vitality and beer quality.

6. CIP Cleaning System

  • Configuration: 2T caustic tank, 2T acid tank, 2T sanitizer tank, 2T hot water tank, pumps, and pipelines.
  • Function: Fully automated cleaning and sterilization, ensuring sanitary brewing conditions.

7. Control System

  • Siemens 1500 series PLC + WINCC SCADA system.
  • Two independent control stations for brewhouse and fermentation system.
  • Function: Full-process automation, parameter tracking, real-time monitoring, and consistent beer quality.

8. Auxiliary Pipeline System

  • Includes wort pipeline, beer pipeline, racking pipeline, yeast discharge pipeline, CIP, compressed air, and CO₂ pipelines.

9. Yeast Seperation Machine & Flash Pasteurization System

  • Capacity: 5 tons/hour.
  • Integrated with PLC for continuous, aseptic beer production from clarification to pasteurization.

10. 1000L Distillation Equipment

  • Technology: Combines 19th-century steam extraction with modern precision engineering.
  • Applications: Produces beer spirit, gin, whiskey, and other distilled beverages.
  • Components: Distillation kettle, column, gin basket, condenser.
  • Continuous distillation with high efficiency and alcohol purification.
  • Copper column removes sulfur compounds, enhancing aroma and purity.
  • Gin basket for flexible gin production.

5000L turnkey system production standard

  • 5000L 醸造設備 は、斬新な構造と美しい外観を持つ醸造所に適しています。
  • すべての構造はSUS304食品用ステンレス鋼で作られ、すべてのパイプはSUS304で作られています。
  • すべてのタンクには、テストデータとシリアル番号を含むデータボードが付属しています。
  • すべての貯蔵タンクは、NDTルームで建設および品質管理検査を受ける。
  • すべてのジャケットは水圧試験でテストされ、試験圧力は0.4Mpa(4バール)、使用圧力は0.2Mpa(2バール)です。
  • すべての水タンクは、MICETの工場から出荷される前に48時間の圧力テストが行われる;
  • すべての溶接部は、均一な形状を確保するためにレーザー溶接クランプを使用して溶接され、酸洗いと不動態化処理が施される。
  • タンク内部はすべて鏡面研磨(Ra 0.4um)。
