Location：Mexico
We supplied a 1279L stainless steel mixing tank for a cosmetics client. The tank is made with SS316L for all product-contact parts and SS304 for the outer shell, with 80mm insulation and 100% TIG welding for strength and hygiene.
It features electric heating (40KW), an oil jacket, and a high-shear mixing system with lifting device. The setup includes three 5HP top motors and a 15HP bottom homogenizer, delivering powerful and uniform mixing for creams and lotions.
For sanitary performance, the interior is polished to 0.4–0.6μm with no dead corners, while the exterior has a brushed finish. The vessel is completed with CIP balls, sight glass, vent valve, manhole, and tri-clamp ports.
