2,500L four vessel brewhouse system,per batch brewing capacity is 2.5KL batch , designed for 4-5 brews per day. Comprising mash tun, lauter tank, brew kettle, and whirlpool tank , with pneumatic spent grain discharge and advanced automation control system. It is features high production capacity, great flexibility and intelligent manage-ment, and is capable of rapidly expanding production scale to meet the growing market demand.
Phase l includes2.5KL and 5KL fermentation tank,annual beer brewing capacity of 1,200KL. Phase ll expansion plan to add 10KL fermentation tank ,It is can brewing3,000KL beer per year produce in a full capacity.Fermentation corridor equipped with dedicated wort, beer, CIP, CO2, and sewage piping for streamlined operations.

2500L turnkey system production standard
- 2500L attrezzature per birreria is suitable for breweries with novel structure and beautiful appearance
- All structures are made of SUS 304 food-grade stainless steel, and all pipes are made of SUS304
- All tanks come with data boards including test data and serial numbers
- All storage tanks will be tested and inspected in NDT room for construction and quality control inspection
- All jackets will be tested using water pressure test, test pressure: 0.4Mpa (4 Bar) and working pressure: 0.2Mpa (2Bar)
- All water tanks will be pressure tested for 48 hours before leaving the MICET factory;
- All welds are welded using laser welding clamps to ensure uniform shape and undergo acid pickling and passivation treatment.
- All tank interiors are mirror polished, Ra 0.4um.
