The Boil Kettle ensures uniform heat transfer for vigorous boiling, optimal hop utilization, and effective hot break formation. The Whirlpool Vessel, with a tangential inlet design, provides rapid trub sedimentation for bright, clean wort – essential for professional brewing equipment.
