The customer purchased from us a 500L brewing system complete with fermentation tanks and a bright beer tank, designed for professional brewing operations. This microbrewery equipment installation combines both functionality and premium aesthetics, making it an excellent choice for craft breweries aiming to enhance their brand image.
Premium Fermentation Tanks
Our fermentation tanks can be supplied in various exterior finishes, including:
- Brushed stainless steel
- Mirror-polished stainless steel
- Custom painted or coated surfaces
For this project, mirror-polished fermenters were chosen, offering a high-reflective premium appearance and a hygienic surface that minimizes residue adhesion for easier cleaning. These features not only improve sanitation but also create an eye-catching visual impact, strengthening the identity of a modern craft brewery.
Reliable Brewing Performance
This 500L two-vessel brewhouse system is paired with a 100L hot water tank and equipped with a foam sensor, pipeline hops back, and precision flow meter, ensuring efficient wort production and brewing consistency.
Complete Microbrewery Solution
To support daily production, the system includes 1000L × 3 fermentation tanks, 100L × 2 small fermenters, a 1000L bright beer tank, glycol cooling system, CIP cleaning unit, and a digital brewery control cabinet. Together, these components provide a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly brewing solution for growing breweries.
