La configuration de cette brasserie artisanale est la suivante :<\/p>\n<p>1. Moulin \u00e0 malt 150kg\/h.<\/p>\n<p>2. 500L 2 cuves de brassage avec chauffage \u00e0 la vapeur. Le chauffage \u00e0 la vapeur rend la cuve facile \u00e0 nettoyer et ne br\u00fble pas le mo\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>3. 800L HLT. Chauffage \u00e0 la vapeur. Le chauffage s'arr\u00eate automatiquement lorsque la temp\u00e9rature cible est atteinte. Il arr\u00eate \u00e9galement de remplir l'eau automatiquement lorsque le r\u00e9servoir est plein.<\/p>\n<p>4. 4*500L fv et 2*1000Lfv. Le fermenteur est dot\u00e9 d'un syst\u00e8me de carbonatation, ce qui lui permet d'\u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme r\u00e9servoir de stockage (BBT).<\/p>\n<p>5. R\u00e9servoir d'eau glycol\u00e9e de 1500L.<\/p>\n<p>6. Refroidisseur 5HP. Il s'agit d'une marque chinoise de premier plan.<\/p>\n<p>7. Chariot de NEP de 50L.<\/p>\n<p>8. Contr\u00f4leur de type PID.<\/p>\n<p>9. Chaudi\u00e8re \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 vapeur. Il s'agit d'une marque chinoise de premier plan.<\/p>\n<p>10. Machine \u00e0 remplir et \u00e0 boucher les bouteilles. Cette machine, de conception r\u00e9cente, est \u00e9galement dot\u00e9e d'une fonction de rin\u00e7age.<\/p>\n<p>11. \u00c9tiqueteuse avec imprimante de date.<\/p>\n<p>12. Compresseur d'air.<\/p>\n<p>Option :<\/p>\n<p>1. En ce qui concerne la salle de brassage, nous recommandons l'utilisation d'un d\u00e9bitm\u00e8tre entre la HLT et la salle de brassage, afin de pouvoir contr\u00f4ler le volume d'eau \u00e0 verser dans la cuve d'emp\u00e2tage.<\/p>\n<p>2. Nous recommandons \u00e9galement un dispositif de retrait des grains pour la cuve de clarification, qui peut retirer les grains automatiquement lors du retour en arri\u00e8re, ce qui facilite grandement le travail de brassage de la bi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>3. Nous recommandons \u00e9galement l'utilisation d'un r\u00e9servoir d'\u00e9quilibre (subvention), qui peut aider \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger le faux fond et \u00e0 augmenter l'efficacit\u00e9 du filtrage.<\/p>\n<p>4. En ce qui concerne le contr\u00f4leur, nous recommandons le type PLC pour le chauffage \u00e0 la vapeur, afin que vous puissiez r\u00e9gler la temp\u00e9rature et le temps de travail pour chaque \u00e9tape du brassage, puis le processus de brassage se terminera automatiquement.<\/p>\n<p>5. En ce qui concerne le fermenteur, nous recommandons de placer le r\u00e9servoir isotonique d'ajout de houblon sur le dessus du fermenteur.
